RETURNS
You have the right to return the product you bought from our online store within 10 calendar days. Returns are accepted in case you received the wrong goods from what you ordered. In any case, the goods must be accompanied by a consignment note in the case of the invoice or an original retail receipt. Prerequisite is that the product is in the condition in which it was received (the packing has remained intact, has not been opened and there is no damage). Th return will be accepted only after the approval of the company, so before sending the products back, contact us. Under no circumstances will returns of products purchased “upon request” be accepted.
The returns of the products will be made at: 5, Koritsas street, 10447 Votanikos, Athens Greece.
CANCELLATIONS
The customer has the possibility to cancel his order up to and before its dispatch, i.e. during the period during which the order is being processed. To cancel an order, the customer must:
- Send an e-mail to [email protected] or
- To contact by phone at (+30) 210 3472222 (opening hours MON-FRI 08:00-17:00)
An order can also be canceled for any of the following reasons:
- Failure to pay the order within a reasonable time when the payment method is bank deposit
- When due to a technical error the listed price or description on the product is incorrect
- When the product ordered is unavailable and the system has not had time to be updated, and/or when it cannot be supplied by its supplier for any reason and reason
- In case the execution of the order contravenes laws, rules and regulations
- In cases of force majeure
In case of pre-payment, the refund for payment by bank deposit is made by bank transfer from the COMPANY's account to the customer's account, who should send the COMPANY the following information:
- IBAN
- Account holder
- Bank to which the account belongs
In case of pre-payment by credit/debit card, the refund is made through an electronic system.
WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has the right to withdraw without reason within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product in accordance with Law 2551/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891/2013).
The online store is entitled to accept the return of the product ONLY if the packaging has not been tampered with and is accompanied by the proof of payment.
Refunds are sent within 10 business days of receiving the product.
The refund for payment by cash on delivery or bank deposit is made by bank transfer from the COMPANY's account to the customer's account, who should send the COMPANY the following information:
- IBAN
- Account holder
- Bank to which the account belongs
Refunds for payment by credit/debit card is made through an electronic system.
